Built at the turn of the century as a gracious inner-city residence, Windsor Hotel welcomes visitors to Christchurch looking for a friendly, personalised service (in a B&B guesthouse).
Our well-furnished bedrooms are all individually heated and decorated with a small posy of flowers and a watercolour by local artist Denise McCulloch.
The shared bathroom facilities have been conveniently appointed with bathrobes provided, giving warmth and comfort in the bed and breakfast tradition.
Such things as 'hotties' and 'brollies' add charm to the style of accommodation offered, as does our 1928 Studebaker.
Our generous morning breakfast menu includes fruit juice, fresh fruits, yoghurt and cereals, followed by bacon and eggs, sausages, tomatoes, toast and marmalade. This is served in our dining room each morning between 7.00am and 9.00am. Early breakfast by arrangement.
 Complimentary tea and coffee facilities allow guests to help themselves at their own convenience and we serve "supper" (tea, coffee and biscuits) each evening in the lounge at 9.00pm.
